David Michael Funeral Celebrant.
A funeral is usually a combination of a person’s life and work, and committing them to rest. It can form a helpful part of the grieving process for family and friends, and there is often a sense of honouring the memory of the person who has died. The wishes of the person who died, and those of their family are both important and should be included to make up a good funeral ceremony.
I like to meet with the family to ensure the ceremony is tailored to the person who has died, often with readings or songs that reflect their life. It is also important that the family have a chance to discuss the format of the ceremony with me.
